Why do I get stitches when I run????!


Question: Why do I get stitches when I run!?!?!?!?
I run about 7!.5 - 8 miles at a time, and I keep recently getting really painful stitchesnear the start, I slow down and they fade after a while!.

What causes them!?!?!?!? another type of cramp, do I need more salt!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you're fully hydrated and stretch your oblique muscles before you run!. Side bends are good for this!. If you do get a stitch run with your hands on your head for a while, this will stretch the obliques a little and should relieve the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Warm your body by a little exercises with stretching before your run up--Take nutritious foods and drink 3!.4 liters water everyday!. After completion of the race drink water with salt and sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to get stitches when I ran!. I found that if I didn't eat beforehand, I was okay!. Try not eating or drinking beforehand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
