Question: Are NHS chiefs and!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
higher management specially trained to s**t on nurses and healthcare worker's, from a great hieght!. Or does it come naturally as they become detatched from what actually goes on at ground level ( thats if they actually have any nursing knowledge at all, which many don't)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most NHS chiefs are from non nursing post and in my 20 years in nursing from a senior level Ive seen some almighty useless managers!. Yet I cant understand to this day as if these wasters had there own business or worked for a corporation then they or them would be bust yet if your good at nothing other than wearing cheap suits, Trying to look important and carrying a briefcase full of today's mess up Ive caused then that explains it!.
But alot of NHS chiefs are from nursing background and only a small percent do a good job-most are failed nurses who don't want to get there hands dirty and love the attention of their peers and self importance and of course the-being in charge attitude and stigma with there health management degree and so called meetings about over spending!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're absolutely right!. I think the problem is that the managers in hospitals nowadays are managers not health care workers & have no appreciation of what it's like to work on the wards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no i think its all natural my mum worked fot the nhs overworked and underpaid and she was ill with cancer no one out of management bothered to see how she was doind only rung to ask if she was getting another sick noteWww@Answer-Health@Com
