Weird swallowing?!

Question: Weird swallowing!?

right now for some reason i feel really conscious of my swallowing, and am swallowing hard!. after i swallow hard, it makes me feel mildly nauseous!. whats going on here!? i have a sinus infection currently, does that have something to do with it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
