Relieve aching muscles?!


Question: Relieve aching muscles!?
for PE, we ran and did A LOT of lunges!. WITHOUT stretching afterward [and i was having the flu, so i was still weak] and now my thighs and butt ache SO BADLY! i cant even move without wincing!.
how do i make it go away (not medication)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

look emmmmmmmm!.!.!.!.!.you can eat healthy foods like carrots and tomatos and apples well you know the healthy foods you can keep on this way and then you will be fine MAXIMUM after 5 days! but i advise you after you become okay you can play dumbles in the gym it's really cool you can build your mucles in less than 1 month

Stretch, a hot bath or both!. The longer you wait, the more it'll take to stretch!.

The aching is from fat burning, and muscle building though anyways, the way it sounds, you haven't ran in a while!. It's nothing to worry about (i know that you aren't anyways), it's just irritatingWww@Answer-Health@Com

try to stretch the muscles!. do some gentle stretches early in the morning when you first get up!. then repeat them every couple of hours!. what you're trying to do is loosen up those tightened muscles and release the lactic acid, which is causing the pain!.

you can also soak in a hot bath with some epsom salts for at least 20 minutes!. make the water as hot as you can bear without boiling your skin off!. (if you're pregnant, do NOT soak in a hot bath)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Soak in a bath that is as warm as you can stand it!. While you're sitting, gently stretch and massage your sore muscles!. Stretch gently after getting out of the bath!. The bath warms your muscles the same way stretching would, and the massage helps to release the acid buildup in the the painful areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

honestly have you heard TIME heals all wounds!? that's probably the best way to get them to stop aching, & to also keep excercising,stretching,& moving on a regular basis you just gotta build up stamina!. maybe a warm bath might help relax you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
