Question: Anywhere online has physical therapy exercise videos!?
broke my leg about 1 1/2 yrs!. ago, delayed union spiral tib/fib fracture, in other words twisted my shin and ankle bone till it snapped and isn't healing all the way, taking forever!. i had no insurance, so no surgery, no physical therapy!. been walking on it for about 6 months now without the boot!. is there anywhere online that shows how to do physical therapy exercises for strengthening!. i cant run, jump, jog only walk and not very far, i know i need some strengthening exercises and my dr!. is a money hungry *** who won't help me!. thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow- tough injury!. Unfortunately, most people vear away from those types of videos because there are so many legal implications when you use the word therapy!. But here are a few things to consider:
1) Swimming: Since it is a great workout and reduces the impact dramatically, it may be a god send for you!. Also, many people with injuries like yours, do water walking!. Yep, simply walking the length of the pool!. Its a great re-hab exercise!.
2) Seated Pilates exercises: This won't help your ankle, but it will certainly help you with strengthening and toning your abs, back, but and thighs!. I would avoid the standing pilates work for now since it required a lot of balancing (which will probably over-tax your ankle)
