You probably move to your back and your other side in your sleep but primarily sleep on just one side!. I always went to sleep on my right side and woke up on my right side!. I know that I moved in my sleep because certain family members complained about having to sleep with me!. When I tore my right rotator cuff I could not sleep on might any more because of pain!. I can't afford to get it fixed it has been 8 years and I still miss sleeping on my right side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't believe there is any harm in sleeping on the same side every night unless it puts your neck or back into a bad position!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
