me too! i hate that! it also drains every ounce of energy i have! i feel totally used up afterward! WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! ive been trying soo hard not to cry! i like to listen to jewels song stronger woman- it makes me feel better! i hope things brighten up for ya!
