Extremely pain in the head.?!


Question: Extremely pain in the head!.!?
Since yesterday i have extremly pain in my head i even couldn't sleep i had to take 2 paracetamol before i could sleep!.
Now i feel light pain in my head could be the reason that i'm to much on my computer!? I had/have anaemia i think i still have that uhm!.!.!. it's also familiar that there is some problem with my blood nothing to worried about but even if i'm not on my computer i have sometimes exremly pain in my head!.
