Why have my shins started hurting all of the sudden when I run?!

Question: Why have my shins started hurting all of the sudden when I run!?
For years, I run on the treadmill at full slope!. But within the past month or so, my shins have hurt so much when I run, that I've started having to lower the inclination!. Why the sudden pain!? I haven't started eating differently or doing anything else differently!. What's up!? And, what should I do!? Should I tough out the pain and burn the calories, or lower the slope and ease the pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Google shin splints to find remedies!. Most require resting and not running for a period of time!. I tape my legs from ankle to the bottom of my calf!. This helps a little, but still constant pain when training!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
