Question: The muscle in my eye wont stop twitching!.!.!.!?
what does this indicate!? one friend said it means a lack of sleep, the other means i'm deficient in iron or something like that!.!.!. anyone know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Twitching eyes, usually mean they are tired,Try putting used cold tea bags on both eyes when your resting in a chair!.Or could be you need your eyes tested, as long as your sight is good, then dont worry about the twitch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I too have heard it is a lack of calcium!. Perhaps you might want to include more in your diet and see if this goes away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
