Can you take paracetamol with Difene (anti-inflamatory)?!


Question: Can you take paracetamol with Difene (anti-inflamatory)!?
I pulled a muscle in my neck the other day and am in agony!.!.!. been to doctor today and he has prescribed Difene tablets and some gel to rub on the affected area, but so far it's not help with the pain!. Does anyone know if I can take paracetamol with Difene!? (would ask doctor or pharmacy but they are closed now)Www@Answer-Health@Com

As far as I know it is okay to take anti-inflammatory medication with paracetamol, because they act in different ways!.

If you do decide to take both, then try and take them separately e!.g!. if you took the Difene 3 hours ago, take paracetamol now and then the Difene when it's next due - so you have some pain coverage all the time!. If you take them both together they will wear off at the same time - if that makes sense!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

With something like that it should be fine as long as its not something too strong like co-codamol and i'd see how it goes with just the one paracetamol, the anti-inflamatory probably has a low level pain killer but an extra paracetamol shouldn't hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
