Laryngitis from injury?!

I was playing football the other day and caught an elbow straight on my adams apple when I was helping tackle!. It hurt for a second, but I just shrugged it off and kept playing!. The next day I woke up and my throat was swelled up and raspy and has been for the last 5 days!. I haven't been to the doctor in hopes that it will just go away!. So far the swelling has went down alot, but my voice is still gone!. Any clues!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
