Question: Sleeping shirtless!?

wtf!? i woke up in the middle of the night shivering and i looked down and my shirt was off! i got up and saw it was on the floor, inside-out!. i put it back on and went back to sleep thinking wtf!?
any ideas why my shirt was off and please be serious!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have done this before as well!. You were probably hot in the middle of the night and took it off in your sleep!. I have slept walked before and had full conversations and didnt remember a thing the next morning until someone told me I was talking to them!. Nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you live alone, then you probably can't remember having removed it while you were half-awake, half-asleep!.

you could of woke up and took it off kinda like sleep walking it true it it happens sometime/or maby you should lock your doors when u sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
