Chest pain and sore throat?!

I am a 15 year old male!. Yesterday at school i had terrible chills, but i put it down to the weather, even though my friends say they were perfectly warm!. Today i started to get throat pain when i was at the gym at 4!. i thought it was because i hadn't eaten since 12 and so went home and had some food!. But when i drank my drink i got a bad pain in my throat an bad chest pains in the upper middle near my heart (i think that is where it is)and some pains on my upper back on the right side!. The same happens when i eat and when i breath deeply!. I thought it may be heart burn, as i have never had this before i don't know what it feels like!. it also hurts after i have just sitten down but then goes aways after 2 mins!. can some one help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
