Pain in calf??!

Question: Pain in calf!?!?

I woke up at about 4:00am and my left calf was hurting so much!! It only lasted for about 20 seconds but it hurt so much that I was crying lol! It kind of felt like there was a really tight elastic on my calf, but it hurt a lot worse (it was unbearible) I went back to bed, but when I woke up my calf hurt a little!. This has only happend about 3 times before, and I'm sure it's not growing pains (I'm 13) Please Help!!:DWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have a cramp I!.m guessing!. Plenty of fluids and eating fruit like bananas that have plenty of potassium in them will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
