Question: I have just bent my back backwards and was wondering if the pain i am feeling will go away!?
i am worried that it will cause permanent damage to my back and i have a slight pain in my lower back by my tailbone!. will this cause me to walk funny from now on or look different!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did something like that now my back is fine!. I was on a "merry go round" the kind that McDonalds use to have and we were spinning so fast that the force made me bend backwards - very weird!. It did hurt for a couple days then it went away!. That was like 20 years ago and now I am good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
