If the back pain is from a slipped disc, you need to see a specialist before trying home remedies!. Emphasize that you don't want to take pain pills on a regular basis and are looking for longer term ways to deal with the discomfort!.

There are many good yoga poses that will work the muscles in the back and make you aware of your posture during the day!. This way you won't aggravate an existing misalignment or create new problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. You can try applying heat to the affected area or applying some analgesic cream!. Physiotherapy may help too and the therapist will teach you some stretching exercises to help the pain!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a hot bath, perhaps a back rub!. Pain pills will help though, especially Motrin!. Getting a new mattress would also do wonders!. Lots of backpain is caused by old mattresses(experience)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
