Whats wrong with me! Is it a fever???!


Question: Whats wrong with me! Is it a fever!?!?!?
I haven't been working out in a long time and just started again 2 days ago!. & my whole body is in pain (I know thats normal!.!.) and like 15-30 minutes ago I got really cold and it felt like my hands were numb for like 5 seconds but then i put them under hot water and my whole body was shiverring!. I took a hot bath!.!.it seemed to help, im not shaking anymore!. But should I still take motrin!?
I dont have any thermonitors!.!.sorry, i wish i did!.
Just help!?!

Depending on age and fitness level, you sometimes have to take it easy when getting back into fitness and ensure you eat well! To start with dont go overboard with the workouts, take it easy and do more cardio workouts to get your fitness levels up like biking, rowing, running etc!. And ensure you have a healthy diet with plenty of fruit, vegetables and meat or fish!.

I am guessing you overdid it a bit and your body is reacting to a lack of minerals, vitamins or fluids that it needs, so just take it easy for now and eat well!. If you get any chest pains, lots of dizzy spells, see white dots or something then go to a doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Give your body steam bath, Put a hot wet towell on your neck and take a pain killer with paracetamol to get well soon!. Take lot of rest and feel good eat fruits and food with fibrous protein and green vegetables!. Drink lot of waters!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
