How do you get rid of something which keeps disturbing you again and again????!


Question: How do you get rid of something which keeps disturbing you again and again!?!?!?!?
i have been trying to get rid of feelings which unknowingly come to my mind and try to disturb me by constantly repeating itself that something bad will happen to my dear one!.I have tried rebuking it with many things,thinking its evil but it happening every moment of my life!.

This is the state of mind that every normal person faces every now and then in her / his life!. So, there is nothing wrong / unusual / abnormal / evil in it!.

When we are possessive towards any person or a thing, even a small thought of losing it hurts a lot!. This indeed is a good thing to keep us bound with something else!.!.!.it may be one's parents, siblings, spouse, children, friends, pets, or a favorite pen or a special doll or even a towel / toothbrush!.

The best way to get out of the feeling is to overrule it!. And nobody else will be there to make you overrule it!.!.because in this situation you are the teaser as well as the teased!. You are the casue of the ill-feeling and you yourself are the sufferer as well!. Think yourself!.!.!.what the worst can happen to him or her!? Has the worst happened!? Not yet!.!.!.absolutely right!. You need to believe that nothing of that sort will happen!. Believe in the principle of casue and effect!. If you think bad, it will happen!. Do you want something wrong to happen!.!.!.NO!? Good!. Then say to yourself!.!.!.Nothing Wrong will happen!.!.!.Nothing wrong can ever happen!.!.!.!.whatever happens, happens for good!. Share the same feelings with your beloved!. Still if the feelings don't let you out, the best option will be to consult a psycho-therepist!. You are not mad!.!.!.but the psychologist also don't always treat insanes!. The best way is to fight with yourself and come out victorious, but if it seems not to be possible, then, better take external help!.!.!.in your case, a psychotherapist is the best call!.

Relax, be calm!. if you can not, try relaxation exercises, deep breathing technique or yoga!. Once you attain that , in that state, face it! That is, bring to your full awareness the person/s, your apprehensions, time and circumstances of its occurrence in you, the things / situations that does not cause that apprehensions and the ones that cause and so on!. Eventually, you get the meaning of it, it whithers away! Do not try to escape from it or fear it, determine/resolve to tackle it, 'it' gets frightened, and runs away!. Bestowing attention, focusing a relaxed awareness into it, is bringing light into it, light at once dispels the darkness, your disturbance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi there!. u must b very caring towards ur dear ones thats why u get such thoughts!. for getting rid from such thoughts is to keep ur mind cool n think of positive thoughts!.!.!.

whenever u hv negative thoughts for ur dear ones try to make it fight with the positive ones !.!.

i think this is an inborn nature some people are more anxious and some are not!.!.!.!.only thing which help in this state is keeping busy yourself in some works which you enjoy!.!.!.dont yourself idle for single second!.!.!.which is not possible!.!.!.so try to be busy as much as you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get involved in something that will involve your time, be happy and put things in the past and leave them there, your self esteem has a lot to do with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
