Muscle soreness without working out?!


Question: Muscle soreness without working out!?
Why in my thighs does it feel like I did a million squats!? I haven't worked out in like a month!. It hurts to touch them!. It's been going on for the past couple of days!. I am a dental hygienist, so I just sit all day long!. I haven't liftted anything heavy lately either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a good question!. You might want to check with your doctor!. Maybe you pulled a muscle!. I worked my legs hard last night and I feel a little soreness today but nothing like you describe!. There could be a build up of lactic acid but you should really talk to your doctor!.

edit: You might need to stretch!. How long are you sitting!? Is it all day!? You might want to try doing some yoga or pilates but not if it hurts!.
