How can I num the pain of my wii sports tennis injury?!


Question: How can I num the pain of my wii sports tennis injury!?
I have just been doing wii sports tennis and my right bicept is killing me!. Does anybody know what I have done to it and how I can num the pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like nintendonitis!. I used to get it in my thumbs with the super nintendo!. Use ice or take some ibuprofen and put the controller down!. Rest is the only thing that will get rid of it!. Use wrist flick instead of a full swing!. You are not competing in wimbledon its a videogame!.

well honestly i own wii and my brother and uncle play it all the time and hurt their arms it may be because your trying to hard it it only wii tenis so dont swing your arm around so much just a flick of the rist will do it and to num the pain a heating pad or iceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Use on ice pad, dont put any heat on it!. This will only make it worse!. You've just pulled muscles your not used to using!. But you dont have to be so energetic with the Wii, use wrist action rather than the full swing!.
