Question: Every night my right arms falls alseep really bad!?
I wake up during the middle of the night and my right arm always falls asleep!. Its completely numb and so heavy I can't even lift it up!. Then I use my left arm to move it around to losen it up and it feels like rubber!.!.is this bad!.!.why does it happen every night!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are sleeping on that arm, cramping it and cutting off circulation, hence the numbness!. Normally, your body has an internal alarm that keeps you moving in your sleep to prevent this, but you sleep pretty sound!. Start out on the other side, or sleep face up, when you get the urge to turn over, use the other side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You're leaning on it in a way that blocks the blood from flowing into your arm, even if you aren't leaning on it, maybe it's in a position where the blood flow is still obstructed, it happns to me sometimes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
