Question: Is the sudden apearance of thick blueish veins on your hand bad!?
they are like hugely thick and i am a pretty small person (five feet tall) they look more like veins on a body builder!. i only run 30 min a day adn do some pushups, and no one in my family has huge hand veins either!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't think it's exercise that did it!. if you have alot of visual veins in other areas it may just be large veins and or thin skin which makes them show more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
