i got my tounge pierced last night!. (peer pressure kinda thing)!. so i didn't really want it!. and i still dont really want it and it hurts like hell!. and my boyfriends going to kill me when he finds out!. meaning he is going to be so mad a did this, and i hate to get in an arugument for something i really didn't even want
should i take it out!? will it heal faster after i take it out!?

First of all, BE YOU!. Don't ever compromise who you are for fear of what others might think!. You'll gain more respect in life for standing up for yourself and what you believe in!. Your true friends will stand beside you no matter what you choose or don't!.

Either way you go, be sure to keep it VERY CLEAN!. Crest makes their Pro-Health mouthwash w/o the alcohol - it cleans w/o the burn!.
Taking it out should be an easy thing to do!. Keeping it in also increases your risk of infections & illness!. Your tounge should heal rather quickly, though keeping it in will enable it to flare up at any time!.

Call where you had it pierced and ask them how you go about taking it out!.!.!.!.it should just be simple!.!.!.unscrewing the back and pulling it out!.!.!.!.WHAT YOU NEED TO FIND OUT IS WHAT TO PUT ON IT AFTER ITS OUT TO DISINFECT IT SO IT DOESN'T GET RED, SWOLLEN AND INFECTED!.!. I'm assuming peroxide is a no no in your mouth!.!.!.but Listerine mouth wash which kills germs may do the trick---it will burn but nothing compared to what you went through!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
