I got knee ache from swimming!?!
Question: I got knee ache from swimming!!?
i do a lot of swimming each day!. about 3 kilometers each day!.
yesterday when i was back from the pool i noticed i got a pain in my right knee when i stepped (bent my knee)!. Today i feel it's healed a great deal, since it's not that painful anymore!. but i want to why is there any pain in the first place!? and what sign is it giving me!? is it ok if i got swimming today agian!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if you should go swimming today!. It is possible that you hyper-extended it and did not know till you put weight on it!. You might have done something to it getting out of the pool!. If it were me I would do a modified swim to see if that aggravated the problem!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
