Sore Left Foot?!
Question: Sore Left Foot!?
My foot has been sore for over a day now!.
Last night, it started off with my achillies and heel and then I woke up it was really sore!. I played basketball (stupid decision) and then it was sore more around my toe area, big toe mainly, it was in the joint at the start of my toe!. Now after a few hours the pain has gone back to my achillies it's so sore I can barely walk!.
Heres a picture of where it hurts!.
Red - morning
Black - after basketball!.
