Question: Pins and needles in left sholder blade!?
Ive had it a while now and it just come on at random times!. I have no pain and it doesnt go numb!. When i seem to scratch it!., it goes!.!.!.!.but why is it in the same place!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello, I am a licensed massage therapist and it definately sounds like you have an impinged nerve in your shoulder!. This probably means that you have a tense muscle that is applying pressure to the nerve which is why you are feeling the sensation of pins and needles!. I suggest that you visit a massage therapist or have someone rub your shoulder using medium to light pressure, this will loosen up the muscle and and take pressure off of the impinged nerve!. It is probably a pinched nerve in you back!. I have something similar in my leg!. I go in and get adjusted and it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It may be that you have a favourite chair etc and without realising it you sit in the same position too much!. Try moving about more often or sitting somewhere else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
