Question: How can you tell if you broke your toe!?
I think I may have broken my big toe!. It bent under a bit because I tripped!. Thanks for any help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As someone who has seen many a broken toe I think I might be able to help you!
When I broke my little toe, it looked kind of like a grape on the side of my foot!. It turned dark purple and was very, very tender!. Unfortunately, there's nothing they can do!.
The bigger toes, look for a dark bruise!. Can you bend it!? Is it swollen!? If the pain persists, I would recommend you see your doctor!. Though there's not much they can do, for a severe break they may need to show you a special way to tape it!.

You could go get it X-Rayed but they can't do anything about it even if it is broken, except possibly prescribe pain medication and charge you something outrageous!.
Unless you are just unsatiably curious or in severe pain, you may just want to ice it and take it easy!.
