Answers:
no to be too critical, but it's actually your sciatic nerve!. a doctor may be able to help with the pain depending on exactly what caused the problem!. I'm no doctor and this isn't medical advice- but I had a back injury and have had sciatica (pain like what you describe) for years off and on!. Try laying on your right side and putting your left foot on the back of the right knee so that there is a slight twist on the small of your back and if it eases the pain just relax for a bit!. if it hurts, try lying on your back and supporting the area with a folded wash cloth or small towel!. DON'T bounce or twist hard- that may make it worse- but one of these may help short term!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sciatica is a set of symptoms including pain that may be caused by general compression and/or irritation of one of five nerve roots that give rise to the sciatic nerve, or by compression or irritation of the sciatic nerve itself!. The pain is felt in the lower back, buttock, and/or various parts of the leg and foot!.

The headache you complain abt is not common and u should get that checked!.

Treatment of the underlying cause of the compression is often the most effective course!. When the cause is due to a prolapsed or lumbar disc herniation, research has shown that, with supportive treatment to help relieve pain, 90% of disc prolapse will recover with no specific intervention!. Genetics appear to influence the risk of developing disc herniation!.
