Answers:
Go to bed! Open a window slightly, turn off the lights and close the curtains so it is as dark as possible!. Then place an ice cold flannel or handtowel if it is a large area, around the worst points of the pain and try to go to sleep!. I suffer from migraines and to be honest this works better than any pills

Go to a Dr or to an emergency room!. Sometimes a back of the head headache could be anything from tension to menengitis symptom!. Although, you would be running a fever and vomiting if you had full blown menengitis!. You're probably a stressed out individual who's stuck with migrain headaches as well!. Just be careful with the pain killers!. See if nsaids might help since they're not narcotics!. If it's really a major pain than a neurologist would be the best dr to see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel for you!! As recomended try using an ice pack on the area of pain!.

My physcial therapist reccomends to do pressure points, this means in the web-skin between your finger and thumb you can press and hold, you will know what I mean when you press you will feel pain!. Do this for 30-60 seconds and release, it will help relieve pressure!.

There is another pressure point on the bottom of your big toe, if you have someone around see if they will try the pressure point as well, pressing and holding 30-60 seconds at a time!. This will also hurt for the time and release pressure!.

Aslo if you must be on the computer, try dimming the screen or using sunglasses!. I use pink or amber color to help with my migrains!. Hope you feel better!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
