Question: What is wrong with my toe joint!? my toe was recently injured and now it cant move upwards at all!?
on my last acf night ex as i dived for cover on a blank assualt my toe fell under me and afterwards i couldnt put any weight on it!. it isnt badly swollen and doesnt hurt anymore however it is immpossible even with my hands to bend it upwards!. doe anyone have any idea what could be wrong with it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The tendon or liagment is probably damaged (sprain)!. Your brain is sending the message to raise toe, and your tendon ( or other connective tissue) is saying no, I cannot do it!.
I'd go get an x-ray to make sure you didn't break it!. Usually, I'm not x-ray happy with these types of injuries, but you mentioned swelling, and swelling is often a sign of a break!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
