the "achilles tendon" isn't something you should overlook at all! you should go to the Dr!. immediatly!. If you have torn it!.!. (even a bit) it could be terribly serious!. if you don't want the chance of not being able to move your foot in the future!.!. i would do nothing, but if you want to have a moblie foot/ankle go to the Dr!. now! but, let me tell you!.!. Physical theropy is going to SUCK! i torn my achilles tendon in 9th grade!.!. and it was aweful! but, good news!.!. i am well now!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is called the "Achilles Tendon!." Go to the doctor!. You might need a cast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
