Answers:
Scoliosis is bandied around as if everyone has it! Their is no such thing as mild, medium or severe!. The only way scoliosis can be detected is by a x-ray and then you should be given a degree of curvature!.
Scoliosis is a 'three-dimensional curvature' of the spine that is most commonly found in adolescent girls, although both sexes and people of any age can develop the condition!. Unlike a straight spine, where the vertebrae face forward, with scoliosis some of the vertebrae are twisted in a curved spine!. So instead of every vertebra facing forward, some can be 10 degrees to the right, some twenty degrees to the left add them all up and you have Scoliosis! Mine are 'convexed' so figure that one out!
WE all have a dominate side!
Each of us has a dominant body side!. We throw better from one side, we kick better from one side, and, likewise, we're stronger on one side!. Ever tried tossing a football with your non-throwing arm!? It's a clumsy effort that would make even John Elway look like Elton John!. When we lift weights bilaterally, i!.e!., move the weight with both arms at once, our dominant side takes over during the exercise, causing a disproportion, however slight, in workout balance!. So even though you think you're working both sides of the body equally, in reality, the dominant side controls the exercise!.

You'd best ask someone that knows kinesiology or PT!. I'd only be guessing!. My guess is "no", but I may be wrong!. Sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
