Aches and pains because of lack of exercise?!


Question: Aches and pains because of lack of exercise!?
I've had random aches and pains throughout the day, mostly in my legs but can be other areas too, like arms and fingers sometimes!. The pain usually isn't constant, it goes away and comes back and it doesn't hurt a lot, it's just really annoying and it worries me!. I only really exercise about once a week with tennis on friday but I walk home (which takes like 15 mins) from school every school day!.!.!. are these aches and pains from exercise lack or is it something worse!? I usually have them every day or every other day!.!.!.
if its because of lack of exercise how do i exercise enough so i don't experience aches and pains!?!!?!

btw I'm only 15!.!.!. but i constantly worry about my health, today I freaked out at a concert and I couldn't stop shaking and my leg muscles got all tense and it was torture to sit there and worry about my health!.!. don't laugh it's not funny!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may want to consider going to the Dr!. He can get you on some good vitamins, and recommend the best way to exercise!. I suggest swimming, it's fun and relaxing and you can get some really great workouts!.
I would be willing to offer some suggestions, and if you want ,i have a "little sis' that could offer some moral support!.

Did you have an injury that is causing all this pain, or did it just develop and how long have you had it!? Don't be embarrassed, and I am not laughing!. i know what chronic pain is!.!.and my sis would be great support as she has pain too

When you are stressed, or depressed!.!.!.you can feel this way!. Seems from what you described in the last paragraph -you are very self conscious

So I suggest, you begin by talking to #1 your Parents, #2!. a physician and #3 maybe even a school official #4 Friends that will offer moral support!.
