Question: My hand hurts when i write but i have to write tons more tonight any suggestions!?

What I always do is just take a break ever 10 or 20 minuets and relax your hand

Your hands have muscles from 2 groups: Flexors and extensors!. When these flex and extend your fingers and palm, which are movements associated with writing!. You can take breaks and genly massage your fore-arm both front and back with your opposite hand!. Use the pads of your thumb and fingers to squeeze from your elbow to your wrist!. Everytime you squeeze, make a fist, then release both squeeze and fist!. Work your way down to your wrist then back up to just below your elbow!. You may feel some soreness!. Also, use some shoulder stretches to loosen up neck muscles that sometimes put added pressure on the nerves that are wired to your arms and hands!. As always, use caution and if gets worse, check with your doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com
