Question: Wrist pain and don't know what it is!?!?
So i just recently (less than 2 months) started experiencing pain in my left wrist!. Specifically at the base of my thumb!. My wrist bone (or whatever you call it) hurts to the touch!. Also if i move my wrist around you can hear a fairly loud popping noise!. It also hurts when i do this!. If anyone has any advice on what this is, you will be greatly appreciated!. Sounds like tendonitis!. It's pretty common to get tendonitis where you described, since it's right on a bone!. The popping noise is also common with tendonitis, but I'm not sure why!. As far as treatment, for it to completely heal you need to rest it for a while and put ice on it!. However, if you play sports and don't get to rest much, it will probably never go away unless you sit out!.

Wrist pain can be caused by sporting injury, RSI, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis or tendonitis or something else!. Start with resting the arm/hand!. Use compressive thermal therapy garments to relieve pain & support the wrist joint for improved healing!. U need to see your doctor if the pain persists!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeh i get that when my hands on the mouse too much!.(mayby thats not the case for you though lol) but when i get it i get a tubebandage from the chemist which is really tight but does the job!. if your worried or its getting worst go make an apointment at the doctors!.

I have the exact same problem with my right hand!. I think it's because my right hand is on the mouse way too much!.

you might want to get that checked by your doctor, if the pain is sevre then you may have artiritis but if you have some type of desiesae then visit your specilistWww@Answer-Health@Com
