Why do my fingers swell when I sleep?!

Question: Why do my fingers swell when I sleep!?
Answers:
I believe water retention in otherwise healthy individuals is due to extra sodium intake (esp before bedtime) and not drinking nearly enough water!. If you want to find out, make sure you stay hydrated during the day, monitor what you eat before you go to sleep and then eliminate the offending food (s) from your regimen to see if that helps!. If this is still happening after completing the above steps, please pay a visit to your doctor as this could be a sign of elevated blood pressure, circulatory issues or carpal tunnel!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
