My first thought was it may just be a little equilibrium thing!. Is it happening frequently!? Any pattern as to when or how often!? Make notes and see a doctor if it continues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not enough information to say if you are describing vertigo, but vertigo is often described similarly as a dizziness so I'm presuming not!.
Lightheartedness (like dizziness) is a vague symptom and can be caused by many things!. The leading cause is often some sort of hypovolemia (low volume) such as dehydration!. From your "camera flash" description, I presume you are seeing white spots, that combined with lightheartedness strongly suggest dehydration, especially if it gets worse standing up etc!.!.!. Dehydration can be a simple matter of not drinking enough water, or it can be severe in cases of internal bleeding, electrolyte imbalances etc!.!.!. The "funny around the eyes!.!.!." suggests a possible migraine (often casing vertigo)!.
In the end, without a detailed assessment, no way of diagnosing what is wrong!.
Drink plenty of water, eat a well balanced meal!. If it gets worse, see a Doctor!. Good Luck and hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I could suggest a whole bunch of things it could be, just like every one else, but you really should see a doctor!. Go to or have your parents take you to urgent care!.
