Most likely you will!. It will take a lot of hard work and physical therapy though!. I'm a PT and have had many patients like you!. Of course there are many factors that weigh in, but the most important to getting your full ROM back is to listen to your dr and PT about your restrictions, what you should and shouldn't be doing!. And also your PT will show you what to be doing for a home exercise program that you should be doing at home on days you don't go to therapy!. The patients I've had that don't get all of their range of motion back wouldn't do their home exercise program and/or did more than what they were supposed to be doing with their arm!. Just be a good patient and listen to your dr and PT and you will be fine!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I dislocated it too!.!.!.!.!.it won't minimize movement but it keeps re-occuring easily but then again I played rugby!.!.!.!.!.!.!.do some exercises to strengthen the ligaments around you shoulder and you'll do just fine!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
