Got about an hour's work left to do before I go to bed...?!


Question: Got about an hour's work left to do before I go to bed!.!.!.!?
but I'm really tired!. Should I carry on working and risk falling asleep at my laptop or should I go to sleep now and then get up an hour earlier!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a 20 minute power nap, and then get up to do your work!. Short naps are usually as effective as a couple hour nap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well my dear Lovelyle!. when your body tells you to sleep there is a reason, you risk not doing it right anyway, so obey your body , to many people ignore the bodies messages then you pay back later, My advice sleep then do the work in the morning then have an hours sleep in the afternoon or when possableWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go to bed and get up early, cos if you carry on tonight it'll end up wrong and you'll have to re-do it anyway!.

On another note - perhaps if you spent less time posting questions on here and more time actually working, you wouldn't be in this situation!? :o)Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends if you are a morning or night person!. If you think youll have more energy when you wake up then do it then, but if not do it now!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to sleep now as being in sleepy mood you can't work with 100% and might end up doing some mistakes!. Better take rest and wake up early and continue work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Finish working!.!. Waking up earlier will risk losing your train of thought!.!. Plus you'll have to take into consideration that it could possibly delay your daily routine!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would go and sleep now, I wouldn't be fully concentrating if I was nearly falling asleep trying to do work, so just get up an hour early :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could just log off go to bed and try to get up early but most likely you will not wake up at all and end up rushing not finishing and makeing a lame excuse!.!.!. best to just stay up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
