What are the signs of a separted shoulder?!

And what are the signs of a dislocated shoulder!.!.On saturday my husband and his best friend who was driving was in a minor car accident!.!.My husband said his head hit the dashboard and he got a small lump on his forehead!.!.He said he also hit his shoulder on the dashboard!.!.!.His whole shoulder ISNT hurting just some of it plus his knee is hurting and swollen some!.!.He didnt go to see a dr sooner cause it wasnt bothering him until late sunday night and he had to work today BUT tomorrow he is going to the dr!.!.!.He can still move his arm and lift it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
