Constipation? (warning, kinda TMI)?!


Question: Constipation!? (warning, kinda TMI)!?
Okay, so I'm pretty sure I'm having problems with hypothyroid and am pretty much constipated all the time!. I seriously feel as if I have about 10 pounds of poop inside of me right now!. I do poop a little bit occasionally, but I definitely am not emptying my bowels!. The catch is, I'm at college so fresh fruit/veggies are not exactly an option!. Cafeteria food is disgusting in those regards!. Also, my insurance won't cover a doctor up here so I can't fix the underlying problem until summer!. And I really don't feel like trekking down into town (rural school) to get laxatives/drugs!. Is there any natural way to flush out my system!? preferably something more permanent but I'd even be up for a quick fix at this point!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Probiotoics have done wonders for me!. I cant live without them!. i have IBS w/ consipation so I know what your going through!. stay away from banannas ( they stop you up) and try to eat more fiber, whole grains are best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Constipation can be a burden: I know that!. One thing is to increase activities, threadmill counts for walking!.!.!. also you may take prunes or prune juice, milk of magnesia may be found at many places, convenient stores included; If chosen take the MOM as directed!. Drink more water than usual, if not contraindicated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest taking something called ProBiotic Enzymes!. They are digestive enzymes similar to what are found in Yogurt, but more concentrated!. It will help your body break down the food better and eliminate it!. You are probably eating over processed foods and your body can't process it!. Go to a grocery store now and then and get some fresh food!. Start a community garden with some other students on campus and grow some veggies!. I eat fresh everyday, juice lots of fresh veggies and drink them, cause I am on the go so much!. More than half of the health problems out there are caused by diet!. Stay away from FAKE FOODS: Soda, frozen dinners, fast food, sugar and salt based foods!. Your body doesn't recognize these and they have no nutrients to feed your systems - digestive is one of those systems!. Fiber is what you need too!. Fresh veggies have fiber!. Medicine can't fix your problem either, only relieve some of the symptoms!. You need nutritional help to cure you!.
