Bumps on my ankle and the back of my calf?!

They look like little ant bites, you know how they are tiny and have a clear type top, well thats what i have, but they have no liquid in them or anything!. They are just bumps on the back of both calfs and all around my ankles!. They go away completely then come back within a week or two!. They itch REALLY BAD! I have no idea what they are or how to get rid of them!. They have been there for about a year now!. my doctors can't tell me what they are!. I thought of bed bugs, but thats not it because i slept on my couch for a whole week to see if that was it and it went away but came back as usual!. They doctor suggested i was allergic to the material socks were made of, so i wore flip flops for about 3 weeks, same thing!. They aren't just like 2 or three bumps, there is a lot of them!. Any ideas or links to what it could be!? It can't be fleas either, I am the only one in the house with them, and we use medicing on the dogs monthly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
