Why do I have lower back pain?!
Question: Why do I have lower back pain!?
First off, I have no idea why I have lower back pain!. I am young, so it can't be an "age" issue, and I thought maybe it was the way I slept!. I sleep on my side, can this lead to lower back pain!?
The pain is only felt when I bend over, worse in the mornings even as I bend over the sink!. Help!? What can I do to end the pain BESIDES medication!. That's not what I mean!.

Take a good look at your mattress!. If it sags in the middle and you sleep on your side, that could be the reason why you have back pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well, ther is alot of things that could be!. It could be your period coming, or maby your on it, then you should take medicine!. you could have pulled a muscle, then you need to strech it!. Or maby you slept wrong, then you need to whatch how you slept, maby get a masage, and strech it some!. thats all i can think of really!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
