I've heard that drinking plenty of water can help reduce muscle soreness!. I would think that if you drank it slowly and didn't guzzle it down that would help!. If I drink too much water at once (running or not), my stomach does not feel good!. Make sure you pee when you have to!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You become dehydrate when you lose water!.!.!.!.but in running you also lost electrolytes which your cells need in order to take in the new water you drink!.
The brand names depend onwhere you live, but there are widely available sports drinks with electrolyte replacements in them!. This is the thing to drink right after running or other heavy exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cramps that come from physical strain come from loss of minerals, not water!. Although you need to stay hydrated during strenuous activities, sweating in itself does not cause cramping of your muscles!.!.!.that's minerals being sweated out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
