Question: Its 3am in my world!. i hae\ve lost my sleep!. and i can never wake up on time!?
what do i do!? i want to be a morning person!?

two tips: 1) get up very early one morning and DON'T SLEEP during the whole day, that will re-adjust your internal clock!. 2) Don't eat any carbs (specially sugars!) 3 hours before going to sleep!. Sugar wakes you up and give you energy but by bedtime you should be tired out instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here is the best way to re-set your sleep pattern!.

Decide what time you want to go to sleep!. Then

1!. 3-4 hours before stop eating
2!. Drink something warm and soothing such as chamomile tea
3!. Stretch your body
4!. Turn off the lights, including lights from the hallway
5!. Turn off the computer, cellphone and Blackberry
!. Turn off the TV and turn down the radio
6!. Stop watching the evening news!. News stimulates the mind for hours after, keeping you awake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
