Why do I look so terrible after quitting smoking?!

Question: Why do I look so terrible after quitting smoking!?
I quit smoking 4 months ago after 18 years!. I have put on soooo much weight which i can't seem to shift, even though i exercise and eat really healthily!. My skin looks terrible, and i keep getting really bad acne, not just on my face, but on my back chest and shoulders too!. I'm sure all the toxins are out of my skin now as they should only take about a month to get back to normal!. I almost want to start smoking again as i feel so self conscious now and find i don't want to leave the house now!. I saw my doctor but he pretty much laughed before telling me he was really busy with other patients to see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes time to get rid of the toxins in your body!. About a year!. Since toxins are deposited in fatty tissue, I recommend steam sauna (Turkish), that would help the body clean toxins faster!. However, you might also have an allergy to something (my hunch)!. Try to use over the counter allergy pills for a few days!. If things improve, do detailed allergy test!. Food allergies can slow down metabolism!. Lose sugars and milk products completely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

he probably wasn't bothered because you have put yourself through it, they should give you something for the acne because they cant leave you with that!. I am afraid you will put on weight because you don't have the toxins in your body anymore eating the fat!. I don't think people notice what they look like when they are smoking i didn't !. in the end it will get better, you will get into shape and your skin will sort it self out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
