Would this be bad for me?!

Question: Would this be bad for me!?
If I put my two pillows on the bed not on top of each other but one further down the bed next to it, so that it supports my back!. I've heard that sleeping on a flat surface is bad for your back, but it's comfy and I want to try it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
