Suing someone without an address?!

Question: Suing someone without an address!?
I want to sue my anesthesiologist for giving me drugs against my will/wishes!. I told him I did not want them, because I had a previous bad reaction, but he gave them to me anyways and I had a bad reaction (nausea, light headedness, dizziness, etc!.) The anesthesiologist does not have his own office!.!.!.he just works out of an outpatient facility!. How do I go about getting his address!? Do I need to follow him home after work!? Its not like the medical facility is going to had out personal information of their doctor's home addresses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey!! I think the best thing you could do is to firstly consult a lawyer about your case, see what kind of grounds you are standing on and what sort of evidence you need to acquire for you case to hold up in court!. If you follow them home and they catch you, you could be arrested for stalking, which would not look good on your record!.

You are right, i doubt very much that the hospital will give out information regarding home addresses, but i don't think you need one in this situation!. Speak to a lawyer and make sure you case will hold up because if you do lose (not saying you will, it sounds like you have a very good case), then you will be liable for the court costs, etc!. which might break you financially!. You have to be 100% prepared!. If your lawyer thinks you have a good chance then they'll let you know what sort of information you will need to provide!. My guess is that you'll need the hospitals address and the anaesthetists name, a statement of events (what happened, etc) and how this affected you medically!.

Shop around for a good law firm as some of them offer discounted first consultation offers!. I know this because i used to work for a law firm!. What ever happens i wish you all the best with your case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just file the lawsuit with the court and let them serve him the papers!. On the paper work just include the facility you were treated at and his name, they will serve him the papers or figure out how to find him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't sue him!. He is protected by the Medical Will Act (see People of Florida versus John E Wooldridge, November 11 1980)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
