Question: Ouch please help my neck!.!?
okkayy this morning i woke up and i couldnt move my neck it hurt so bad!. i thought it was stiff!. so i told my mom i mean i can move it to the left all the way and it doesnt hurt!. but when i move it to the right it kills in a spot thats in the back of my kneck but its near the side too!. i mean it hurts so bad i keep moving it but it doesnt work!. so i had to go to the nurse at school i couldnt deal with it no more!. i went to sixfalgs on saturday and today is tuesday and i felt fine on sunday and monday!. it was normal it didng hurt or anythihg!. but when i woke up today thats when it was awful!. i was looking up info on line and it said i might have to get surgery!! oo god i dont want that to happen!. please help i need u to tell me what u think it is and what will help ive already took medicine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't rip your neck away from the pain, it can cause whiplash (I know from experience)!. Just try and rest those muscles, you're probably just got a stiff neck and everybody gets them from time to time!. Use heat for 15 minutes and cold for 15 min and alternate that a few times a day!. Take some Motrin or Aleeve and rest it as much as possible and let those muscles relax!. It won't get better ripping around amusement parks :) Unless this goes on for YEARS and YEARS and YEARS you won't need need surgery :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

rip your neck to the right, pull past the pain!. do that a few times and the pain will eventually go away!. trust me!.

sounds like u need a massage ~ the muscles around your neck are probably tight!
